Milling machines include two complimentary maintenance services. Some equipment offers optional extended warranty plans — please contact our sales representative for details.
Q2: How do I request repairs during the warranty period?
A2: Please contact our customer service team and provide the equipment serial number along with a description of the issue.
Our service staff will perform a remote assessment and, if necessary, arrange on-site repair service.
Q3: Do you offer repair services after the warranty expires?
A3: Yes. We offer optional one- or two-year maintenance contracts that include regular maintenance, repair services, and special pricing benefits.
Q4: Will repairs affect my work schedule?
A4: We understand that time is valuable for clinics and dental labs.
Depending on the situation, we provide quick inspection or remote support to minimize downtime.
Repairs are typically completed within 72 hours; if more time is required, a backup unit will be provided.
Q5: Can consumables and accessories be purchased separately?
A5: Yes. Consumables (such as burs, resin, and dust bags) and accessories can be purchased individually.

Q6: How can I check if my equipment is still under warranty?
A6: You can provide the equipment serial number or purchase information and contact our customer service team to verify the warranty status.
